The Softest, Most Comfortable Cannula for Extended HBOT Sessions
The Premium Comfort Foam Nasal Cannula is our top-tier low-flow oxygen delivery solution — engineered for users who spend hours in their hyperbaric chamber every week and demand the softest possible interface with their skin and nasal passages. Delivering the same 24–44% FiO2 as our standard cannula, but with medical-grade foam padding at every contact point, this cannula makes the difference between "I can tolerate an hour" and "I could stay in here all day."
For daily practitioners, athletes running long recovery protocols, and clinical operators fitting patients across multi-session treatment plans, the comfort foam upgrade is worth every penny.
Why the Comfort Foam Cannula Is Optimized for Hyperbaric Chamber Use
Foam-wrapped over-ear tubing routing. The tubing sections that rest over the ears are wrapped in soft medical-grade foam. This eliminates the "wire cutting into my ear" sensation that develops during 60+ minute sessions with standard cannulas. Users who could only tolerate 45-minute sessions often report doing 90-minute sessions comfortably with the comfort foam upgrade.
Soft-tip nasal prongs. The prongs use a softer, more rounded design that reduces nasal irritation during multi-week daily use. Users prone to nasal dryness, bleeding, or irritation from standard cannulas typically find the comfort foam version far more tolerable.
Under-chin cinch with foam pad. The chin adjustment ring includes a small foam pad, preventing the chin-strap chafing common on standard cannulas.
Same universal oxygen fitting. Fits standard 1/4" oxygen supply lines and works with every hyperbaric chamber, oxygen concentrator, and portable tank on the market — no compatibility trade-off for the comfort upgrade.
Prestige quality upgrades vs. standard cannulas:
- Foam-wrapped ear routing — eliminates ear-cutting discomfort in extended sessions
- Soft-tip nasal prongs — significantly reduced nasal irritation over weeks of daily use
- Foam chin cinch — no more skin chafing at the adjustment ring
- Kink-free tubing — thicker walls resist crushing during positional shifts
- Extended 7-ft supply line — freedom of movement inside larger chambers

Replacement Schedule
For optimal safety, hygiene, and oxygen delivery efficiency, we recommend replacing your mask at least once every 30 days with regular use. High-frequency users (daily sessions) or clinical operators should replace more often. Masks are single-patient devices — do not share between users.
Signs your mask needs replacement:
- Discoloration or yellowing of the plastic or rubber
- Cracking, stiffening, or loss of pliability in seals
- Any tear, hole, or damage to the reservoir bag or tubing
- Loss of head-strap elasticity
- Persistent odor after cleaning

Backed by Peer-Reviewed Research
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy works because pressurized oxygen dissolves into blood plasma at levels far higher than normal breathing allows — reaching tissues that regular circulation cannot. The efficiency of that oxygen delivery depends heavily on the mask and delivery system used inside the chamber.
